From Drive In Movies during COVID to eating pizza on the bar watching Chef Michele Rubini doing what he does best. Francesco Zimmone and Michele have built something memorable as they embark on their new locations opening in Long Beach, Santa Barbara and of course NYC. Now, we all love pizza and if you don't we need to have a talk over a nice bottle of wine so we can sort this out. All jokes aside, they have much more than pizza. I have still yet to have a bad bottle from them. This is a blend that features 4 different grapes, the wine is full bodied and has a bold taste. It has a smooth finish and is on the drier side. Pair this wine with Lamb or Poultry for a delicious meal. You can grab this bottle for an average price of $45 Flowers Pinot Noir 2019 This is the best Pinot Noir! It is a bold statement but I stand by it. Comes from the notable Sonoma Coast with multiple awards. It is light, smooth, and complex. Pair this with just about anything with a price point of $52 Orin Swift Abstract If you know Orin Swift then you know they love to integrate artwork in their bottles. Abstract is one of their most popular one for two things. The bottle is neat, it is a collage of artists such as Elvis Presley and Natalie Portman. It is 100% Grenache and it is a bold wine!
