DECEMBER 6THBeverly Hills NewsletterVOLUME #1DECEMBER 6TH 2022 | BHNEWSLETTER.COM | 818.268.0046La Cienega Blvd.......La Cienega is home to many restaurants, clubs and lounges. From San Vincente Blvd to Sunset Blvd, the streets are filled with things to do. Whether it is getting Brazillian Food at Fogo de Chão or getting a drink at The Nice Guy. This week I am going over two places that are must visits in my opinion.Catch Steak LACatch Steak is one of the newest additions and it is probably one of the hottest places to be in LA right now. I am not one to mention celebrity scenes since I do not necessarily seek them out. This place has the celebrity crowd but most importantly the ambiance is superb. It has multiple levels with many places to sit and dine. Upon entry you have a beautiful setting that sets the tone for the restaurant. There is an elegant bar where you can sit and grab a drink while you wait for your table. Everything here is delicious, I cannot pinpoint anything in particular. However, the one thing that did stand out was the porterhouse. The steak is perfectly seasoned and is not greasy at all. Majority of steak houses have a tendency to use a lot of butter which tends to make the meal very heavy. This is Catch Steaks third location, the original location opened in 2019 in NY Meat Packing District.KOI Los AngelesKOI is a fantastic place to go for Sushi in Los Angeles. It is not the authentic Sushi that we may know from places such as Sugarfish. it has a fusion twist to it, similar to Katana for example. They have fantastic small bites to nigiri. This is a great night scene to go for a dinner date or with a big group. They can easily accommodate a large party and since they have small bites it is great to share. Speaking of sharing I recommend doing so here. They have great menu items to try and what's better than having a taste of everything. I recommend checking this place out as this can easily be your new favorite spot.“Good food is all the sweeter when shared with good people– UnkownWine of the Week"I am drinking the stars" - Dom Pierre PerginonBlason d'Aussières Corbières 2014 Imported from the South of France, this comes from the Languedoc-Roussillion region.
