I usually love to breakdown restaurants and go in depth what they have to offer from food to drinks. However, I am going to just list them since I have a lot of places for you to consider. Look up each one as they all have a different ambiance and scenario. If you have any questions feel free to message me or visit their page on opentable.“No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.”- BuddhaHosting at home?Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast fillets cut into small pieces 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 2 tsp sugar ½ tsp Chinese five spice powder 1 cup sweet potato flour 2 litres oil, for deep-frying 1 cup loosely packed Thai basil leaves Spice salt 1 tbsp salt ¼ tsp Chinese five spice powder ¼ tsp white pepper A pinch chilli powder Homemade Popcorn Chicken with Basil Combine the chicken with the garlic, ginger, soysauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar and five spicepowder and set aside to marinate for at least 10minutes. Coat the chicken pieces in the sweet potato flourand shake off any excess. Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan. When the oilreaches 150°C scatter the basil leaves into thewok and stir for about 20 seconds, or until thebasil turns translucent. Remove the basil fromthe wok and drain on absorbent paper. Increase the heat of the oil to 170°C and fry thechicken in batches for about 3 minutes, or untilgolden brown and cooked through, regularlyskimming any floating flour bits from the oil. For the spiced salt, mix the ingredients togetherand toast in a dry frypan over low–medium heatfor 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Toss the chickenwith the fried basil leaves and season with agood pinch of the spice salt. Serve immediately. They are one of the top 1% wines from champagne with outstanding flavor profiles. The Rose in my opinion is better than the brut, but that is my preference. Average Price is $77 La Grand Dame - Brut Champagne This is creme de la creme! We all know the beloved Veuve Clicquot, well this its older brother with more flavor and refined quality. This is basically Veuve Cliquot's top shelf/ black label bottle if you will.
